2. Physical Products (Smart Flow Bottles)

Return Eligibility

You may return physical products if:

  • The item was purchased directly from https://agnieszkaliszka.pl.

  • The return is requested within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Note: Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts may be denied a refund or may incur a restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, name, reason for return, and photos if the product is defective or damaged.

  3. We will reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  4. Ship the item back to the address we provide, including the RA number on the package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt/proof of postage.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Digital Products

Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products (downloads, licenses, etc.), refunds are only provided if:

  • The digital product is faulty or not as described.

  • You request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

  • You have not downloaded, accessed, or used the digital product.

How to Request a Refund

No Refunds

  • Refunds will not be provided if the digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or used unless defective.


4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Report any damage or defects within 3 days of delivery via email with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after the specified timeframes.

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products.

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
